Highly recommend for air conditioning in Spokane! They did what three other HVAC businesses told me couldn’t be done: get ductwork and central air and heat into my older home. Everyone else told me ductless minisplits were the way to go. Just one problem: they’re ugly. I want vents and ductwork. The team at Advanced Mechanical engineered a custom design to meet my goals and picky preferences, and then executed their design on time with great results. Had our hvac unit giving us a lot of grief in our apartment complex, on site maintenance crew tried but couldn't identify the problem. After multiple requests they scheduled a guy who specializes in repairing hvac units, and he diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. Now we are scheduled a brand new unit swap out so me and my girlfriend wont be baking all summer. Want to shout out Zach Olson. Guy was professional and fun to talk too while he did his thing.
